Sesame Street

Ok, everyone knows that I had kids quite close together like Debi. Well, my saving grace was at 5:00 each afternoon when a wonderful man would enter my family room, and transfix my 3 little stair steps for a half an hour, and I could take a ONE EYE NAP. No, it wasn't their father, it was MR. RODGERS. Yes, that man could mesmerize my girls and I could get a little cat nap so I could go fix dinner and have it on the table at 6. Well, Debi has a childrens museum that is dedicated to Fred Rodgers. It seems that Pittsburgh is where this wonderful show was made and they have dedicated a whole section of their museum to artifacts from the show.

So, for all your Mr. Rodgers lovers, here is some of the things that made our afternoons very pleasant. Yes, Kristie there really is a DANIEL TIGER and LADY ELAINE. How many times you wanted to meet them.

Dance Class

Debi's little girl, Eva, is taking dance. Her oldest, Sophi, is in gymnastics. I took some pictures of these two events. I sure had fun and it brought back such fond memories. I tried to put on the videos I took but blogspot is having some sort of problems. So, here are some pictures of the fun events.

Fun in Pittsburgh

First of all, I want to say how much we enjoyed conference. It was different watching it over the internet, but I was so thankful that we got to watch it. It was such a nice day to be together with our daughter Debi and her family. She made a yummy dinner. It was a new recipe, and it is absolutely delicious. I made rolls and "bunny cakes." I will admit the kids loved every minute of doing it, but they loved their tramp more. Travis put up the tramp this afternoon, and it is quite the hit.
The baby is so cute and so good. We all went to a Easter Egg hunt yesterday, except Grandpa decided to stay home and do home projects for Debi. He has been painting and even put in two new doors for her, with Travis's help. It has been a busy time for him, but he loves it.
Well, here are a few pictures of our fun trip, with Sophi 6 1/2, Eva 3 1/2, Molly, almost 2, and new baby Eden born March 5th.
